Projek Lebuhraya Utara Selatan (PLUS) is a concessionaire company responsible for maintaining several highways in Malaysia.

Shareholders

There is no individual owner for PLUS. The two substantial shareholders are:

• UEM Group Berhad – 51 % (a company owned 100 % by Khazanah Nasional Berhad – Government Investment Arm)
• Employers Provident Fund (Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja – KWSP) – 49 %

It has 100% share in:

• Projek Lebuhraya Utara-Selatan Berhad
• Expressway Lingkaran Tengah Sdn Bhd
• Linkedua (Malaysia) Berhad

• Penang Bridge Sdn Bhd
