The concessionaire company is named Konsortium Expressway Timur Utara Kuala Lumpur (Kesturi), wholly owned subsidiary of Nuzen Corporation Sdn Bhd, which is a joint venture company between Wira Kristal Sdn Bhd and Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad.

Wira Kristal Sdn Bhd is a fully-owned subsidiary of Ekovest Berhad.
