  3. Complaint against female washroom at KTM Bukit Mertajam was extremely dirty and always had bad odour. All of the dustbin was not discard daily. All the toilet bowls appear brown and yellowish fluids and very smelly. The floor was so dirty and smelly. The young cleaner was smoking at the corridor. Do nothing but collecting the money RM0.30 per entry from people to enter the washroom. Often, he was playing hand phone and watching movies.
